Manilla Creek Park is a fishing and wading pond created by the city for free public use. It is the closest thing Utah County comes to a beach.

There are no areas for shade so bring your own umbrella/shade tent & chairs to sit on. This is a great place for kids who love playing in the water.

Eagle Mountain Splash Pad

If you want to get wet, but don't want to deal with the watching your kids so they don't drown in the pool scenario; Splash pads are nice and free and great for little kids.

There are large trees nearby for shade. There are no benches so bring a chair to sit on.
